Demolition, site work and addition to a library in Dickinson, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the addition of a library.
This project consists of a 4,161 SF library addition and 800 SF of renovation. The scopes of work for which we are accepting bids are: selective demolition, building and site concrete, precast concrete, structural steel (furnish), structural steel (install), waterproofing and air barriers, spray insulation, membrane roofing, doors frames and hardware (supply), coiling doors, glazing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring and carpet, painting, casework, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, earthwork and site utilities, pile foundations, landscaping and irrigation. The Governing body reserves the right to reject any and all bids at their discretion and/or rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received.
