Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The major items of work include: - Installation of new curb ramps on all corners at the intersections of Garfield Ave, Cleveland Ave, and Buchanan Ave. - Installation of new storm structures and storm pipe at each of the three intersections. - Full Depth Reclamation of the intersections including regrading and repaving. All work shall be completed in accordance with the contract plans, special provisions, and the 2025 WSDOT Standard Specifications. The Engineer's estimated range of probable cost is $600K - $640K Time for completion of the work is limited to *30* working days. The project is funded with Federal funds. All work performed on the project will be subject to Federal and State prevailing wage rates. The higher of the Federal and State wage rates will apply. All Work performed on this project will be subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal. Checks shall be made payable to The City of Wenatchee. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Wenatchee. The City of Wenatchee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the bid or in the bidding. The City of Wenatchee, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Contractor shall assure to City of Wenatchee that all services provided through this contract shall be completed in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") and Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board, Federal Register 36 CFR Parts 1190 and 1191, Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities; Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) Accessibility Guidelines; proposed rule, published in the Federal Register on July 23, 2004. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hours set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days. Prospective Bidders desiring an explanation or interpretation of the Bid Documents, shall request the explanation or interpretation in writing by close of business May 6th, 2025.
