The COUNTY is requesting bids for Supply, Delivery and Application of Liquid Asphalt for the 2025-2026 fiscal year (July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The agreement shall be automatically renewed for one (1) successive one-year period, upon the same terms and conditions, unless either party notifies the other in writing of their intention not to renew, ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of any successive one-year period. This material will be used in the maintenance of public roadways.
