The work will include but is not limited to the installation of approximately four thousand five hundred and fifty-five linear feet (4,555 LF) of eight-inch (8") PVC sanitary sewer piping, sanitary sewer bypass piping and pumping, sanitary sewer lateral reconnections and reconstructions, sanitary sewer repair and lining as directed, miscellaneous manhole rehabilitation, thirty (30) new sanitary manhole casting installations, utility relocations, environmental protection and restoration, traffic control measures, disposal of excess excavated material, compaction testing, and various types of surface restoration. The work will take place within High Street (NJ 94), Hillside Avenue, Linwood Annex from its intersection with Liberty Street to its intersection with Division Street, Jefferson Street from its intersection with Washington Street to its intersection with Spring Street, Spring Street from its intersection with Jefferson Street to its intersection with Adams Street, Foster Street, Maple Avenue, Woodside Avenue (CR 621) from its intersection with Lawnwood Avenue continuing approximately two hundred and fifty linear feet (250 LF) west, Diller Avenue from its intersection with Sparta Avenue (CR 616) continuing approximately two hundred and eighty linear feet (280 LF) north, Gardner Avenue from its intersection with Sussex Street continuing approximately one hundred linear feet (100 LF) southeast toward Orchard Street, Birch Drive from its intersection with Pine Street continuing approximately four hundred and fifty linear feet (450 LF) southwest, Kory Road from its dead end extending approximately two hundred and ten linear feet (210 LF) north, midblock on Paterson Place between Windsor Drive and Paterson Avenue, Windsor Drive midblock between Paterson Place and Buckingham Court, and Newton Sparta Avenue (CR 616) from its intersection with Lincoln Place continuing approximately two hundred forty linear feet (240 LF) southeast. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents.
