This Request for Proposal (Rfp) for Oswego Canal Lock O-8 Electrical & Hydraulic Upgrade - Oswego The Project is Located on the Oswego Canal in the City of Oswego, Oswego County. Work Will Include but is Not Limited to the Following: Replace the Electrical Power Distribution Wiring Serving the Lock Equipment and the Motor Control Center and Electrical Panelboards. Provide Shore Power, Pump Out Power Pedestals, Lighting Control Panel and Two Site Lighting Poles. Replace Two Operator Control Stands and Provide Two New Ones. Convert the Operation of Lock Culvert Valves From Mechanical to Hydraulic, Including Nyscc Furnished Hpu, Valve Operators and Stands. Removals, Demolition and Restore Disturbed Surfaces. Further Details on Qualifications/requirements Can Be Found in the Bid Documents via Nypa's Ariba Platform. This Contract May Be Fulfilled by a Sub-contract, Joint Venture or Co-production Arrangement. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 3% Contract term: Upto one year
