Renovation of a medical facility in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Upgrades and repairs to the Côte-des-Neiges Local Community Service Center. The scope of work includes the replacement of MRI SIM (Magnetic resonance imaging - Biomedical imaging simulator) equipment and upgrades to the hybrid equipment room. TIMELINE: Following the request for proposals CO2025 P-17-195P-24-007-A/20065267 the owner has awarded a team of professional consultants to provide design and construction work monitoring services for the implementation of a three-package construction program. Project design has started. The projects included in the construction program are now followed in the report under CRM ID names CLSC de Côte-des-Neiges Upgrades - Package 1, CLSC de Côte-des-Neiges Upgrades - Package 2 and CLSC de Côte-des-Neiges Upgrades - Package 3. No construction will follow this report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
