Renovation of an educational facility in Oak Forest, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of the application of a restorative roof coating system over existing roofing systems on selected areas of the Braun Educational Center Building. PLACE: Southwest Cook County Cooperative Association for Special Education 6020 West151st Street Oak Forest, IL 60452 (708) 687-0900. The successful bidder shall, upon acceptance of their bid, be required to procure and pay for a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check made payable to Southwest Cook County Cooperative Association for Special Education in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid shall be submitted with the Bid. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive informalities to any bid when such is deemed by the Owner to be in the Owner's own best interests The Designer of Record for this Project is Wight & Company.
