The Housing Authority of Georgetown ("HAG" or "Agency" or "GHA") is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide professional mowing and trimming services for its residential and administrative properties. The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining the grounds in a manner that ensures a clean, well-manicured, and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents. The Housing Authority of Georgetown has 328 units located over four separate areas within Georgetown: the main campus is located on Scroggins Park; the second parcel is located on Washington Street: a third parcel is located on Northern Heights Drive and the last parcel is located mostly along Teddy Avenue.
