Collins Court Pipe Replacement Question Deadline May 14th 2025, 5:00 PM All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via online This work consists of coordination with PA American Water Company to relocate a water service under the new 60-inch storm pipe and the 15-inch storm pipe across Line Street as necessary. B. Contact: John Gaidula John.Gaidula@amwater.com 570-862-4606 The Project consists of the replacement of existing 48" CMP storm pipe with approximately 630 feet of 60" Thermoplastic Storm Pipe, 7 inlet structures, 4 headwall/endwall structures and associated work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wage Rates Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex.
