Statement of Qualifications are sought for MASTER PLAN AND DESIGN OF THE CITY CAMPUS SOUTH for the City of Apache Junction ("City"). Based on the submittals, City may enter into a contract with the highest ranked offeror OR conduct interviews. Description: The City of Apache Junction is accepting Statement of Qualifications for Architectural and Engineering services to: o Phase 1: Complete master planning and programming services for the City Campus South. o Phase 2: Provide design & engineering services for the design and construction phase, as determined by the successful completion of Phase 1. o The new municipal campus is anticipated to include the following facilities: police substation, branch library, park, 2.5-acre lake, maintenance yard and associated parking. o The identified site is an approximately 22-acre parcel located on Ironwood Drive, south of Elliot Road, in the "Radiance at Superstition Vistas" development. The parcel is directly north of the new Apache Junction Water District Campus 3. The submittal shall be conspicuously marked on the front and outside of the submitted SOQ package: "PROJECT NO. The City reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs and to waive informalities and technicalities, and to suspend the procurement deadlines applicable to this process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
