Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Surf City, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Construction of proposed permeable pavers at the intersection of Roland Avenue and South Shore Drive, which will reduce flooding on South Shore Drive. The proposed infiltration system includes approximately 315 linear feet of 15" RCP (Reinforced Concrete Pipe), five (5) standard NCDOT traffic bearing drop inlets, approximately 442 square yards of permeable pavers, traffic control, and minor utility relocations. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Project has an expected duration of: 90 days to Substantial Completion and 120 days to Final Completion Prospective Bidders must register and purchase Bidding Documents through the designated website in order to be considered an official plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project.
