Reference Number 0000292041 The allocated time for project construction is from June 30, 2025 to August 31, 2025. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Replace existing ERV unit with new product with air discharge and air return bottom configuration. 2. Remove existing ceiling, lighting fixtures, fire alarm devices, ductwork and others to perform mechanical and structural work. 3. Remove existing indoor supply air ductwork as indicated, re-heat coil piping and other mechanical components in the storage room. Disconnect BMS control panels, make wiring safe. 4. Install new roof mounted ERV unit complete with gas furnace, ductwork, insulation, roof curbs, etc. 5. Extend existing natural gas line from existing. 6. Reinforce roof structure openings and under the new ERV unit area see structural drawings. 7. Re-install existing T-bar ceiling, lighting fixtures, fire alarm devices, ductwork as required. Recertify fire alarm devices, provide report. 8. Repair roof area to accommodate removals of old ERV unit and new ERV #3 unit. 9. Perform air balancing for modified system. 10. Perform any other work required by this contract. The Contractor shall furnish with their tender, a Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent (10%) of the contract amount.
