Description of Work: Landscape maintenance services for the Town of Cumberland including but not limited to: seasonal clean up, lawn care, landscape beds, mulching, litter control, planting replacement, seed/sod work, and snow removal at locations around the Town including roundabouts, medians, right-of-way, trailheads, and municipal sites. The services as identified herein shall begin effective June 1, 2025 and extend through March 31, 2026 (a total of 10 months). The Town will have the option of extending these services annually through 2028, (a total of an additional 24 months) at prices stipulated within the Bid Form. Bid Security: Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check made payable to the Town of Cumberland or an acceptable bid bond in the amount equal to 10% of the total bid price executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana and whose name appears on the current Treasury Department Circular 570. Bonds: A Performance Bond and Payment Bond will not be required. Indiana Requirements: The Standard Questionnaire Form 96 (latest version) must be fully completed, including attachment of Contractor's Financial Statement as stipulated in Section III, and signed. Instructions to Bidders: For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Doc note: BF&S will distribute electronic copies of the Contract Documents and place potential Bidders on a online List. Addendums will only be sent to, and Bids will only be accepted by prospective Bidders that appear on the online List. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
