Three (3) Year Contract to Perform Annual Load Bank Testing and Preventative Maintenance on Various Generators An Electronic bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid will be required with bid submission. The vendor shall indicate the electronic bid bond number in the location specified on the electronic bid envelope. No scanned paper copies of any bid bond will be accepted as part of the electronic bid submission. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract price will be required. The performance bond shall be produced upon contract execution. A payment bond of 100% of the total contract price will be required. The payment bond shall be produced upon contract execution. JEFFERSON PARISH reserves the right to cancel all or any part if not shipped promptly. No charges will be allowed for parking or cartage unless specified in quotation. The order must not be filled at a higher price than quoted. JEFFERSON PARISH reserves the right to cancel any contract at anytime and for any reason by issuing a THIRTY (30) day written notice to the contractor.
