This project consists of road reconstruction and storm sewer replacement on Jefferson Avenue from Plymouth Street to Dunham Road, as well as intersection improvements at Thornwood Drive and Dunham Road. Replacement of 6 suspected lead water services on Jefferson; 300 LF 12" storm sewer, and one hydrant remove/replace at Thornwood Drive. The alternate bid would include additional sidewalk removal, tree removal, and HMA path construction along the south side of Jefferson Avenue.
