Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Stormwater modifications including removal and installation of approximately 350 feet of 12 inch and 24 inch storm sewer, curb and gutter, two concrete headwalls, and pavement. The project also includes installation of one vegetated bioswale and one concrete pad and ramp with removable bollards. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the Bid or Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The Project to be constructed will be financed with assistance from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and is subject to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. In addition, the successful Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin. CONTRACTOR shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in the current wage determination as published by the State of Ohio Department of Commerce. Bidders shall comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity as amended. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
