The objective is to select up to eight firms that are the best qualified to provide the requested services. Each selected Consultant will be awarded an aggregate not-to-exceed program amount of $80,000,000. Proposers are to utilize DBE subconsultants on their team to meet the DBE contract goal, 22%.
