Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Brookville, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility; and for the construction of a 4,536-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility.

For furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project known as Montgomery County SWCD - New Storage Building. The bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. The work for which proposals are invited consists of constructing a 4,536 S.F. building to be utilized for storing Montgomery County Soil & Water Conservation Districts vehicles and equipment. An electronic version of the Contract Documents is also available for a non-refundable charge of $25.00. The Owner and/or Engineer will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Engineer. Proposals will only be accepted from bidders who have purchased the Contract Documents from Mote & Associates, Inc. and are registered as a planholder. Representatives of the engineer will be present to answer questions and a meeting at the site for inspection will directly follow. This meeting is not mandatory, but highly encouraged. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Montgomery County as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, 614-644-2239. Domestic steel use requirements as specified in ohio revised code section 153.011 apply to this project. Copies of section 153.011 can be obtained from any of the offices of the department of administrative services or through website. Montgomery County SWCD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding, and to enter into a contract as soon as possible with the bidder whom in their consideration offered the lowest and best proposal. The bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the project you are bidding on and the company name submitting the bid marked on the front of the envelope. Tender has been cancelled.
