The Waukegan Park District is accepting bids for: 2025 Hinkston Park Improvements Improvements to Hinkston Park including but not limited to: a. Alterations and renovations to the existing park shelter. b. Repaving and addition of paved paths within the park. c. Site preparation to receive prefabricated concrete toilet room building provided under separate contract. Bids are due on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 10:15 am at the Parks Maintenance Facility, 2211 Ernie Krueger Circle, Waukegan, IL 60087. The bids should be clearly labeled "2025 Hinkston Park Improvements". A pre-bid meeting will be held at the North parking lot (smaller lot) at 810 N Baldwin Avenue, Waukegan, Illinois, at 1:30 PM on Thursday, April 24, 2025. This meeting will be used to review the Specifications and give any Bidders the opportunity to discuss any concerns with the Owner.
