Everest Construction Management Ltd is hired by the Town of Okotoks as the Construction Manager for several upgrades at the Waste Water Treatment Plant. Currently Everest Construction Management Ltd is inviting contractors to submit proposals for works including but not limited to: Wastewater Treatment Plant's Primary Clarifier (APC-1) Refurbishments Sandblasting and coating of concrete floor, walls, steel rake, drive mechanism, launder and platform. Question Deadline 05/09/2025 Respondent Questions must be submitted to Everest Construction Management Ltd. on or before the Deadline for Questions by emailing CDerochie@everestconstruction.ca (Coleton Derochie). Only written questions will be accepted. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
