**As of June 30, 2025, the project is on hold. Project will be rebid Next year.* Project Budget $8,560,000, One-Two Sentences The project involves comprehensive renovation ofdining facilities in the 100 level ofthe Prospector building and includes interior demolition and new interior construction of approximately 8,592 square feet. The project will include new flooring, lighting and seating options in the existing seating area. Replacement offood service equipment, replacement ofmechanical, electrical distribution and exhaust systems will also be included.
