Manatee County Government, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as "the County"), will receive proposals from individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities authorized to do business in the State of Florida, for the rehabilitation of two residential facilities located in Bradenton, FL. The rehabilitation work involves, but is not limited to, a new metal roof and gutters, installation of new impact windows and doors, replacement of the HVAC system, outdoor fence, general bathroom and electric repairs, kitchen upgrades, porch screens and pool safety features, and general interior and exterior wall repairs. The contractor selected for this project will be responsible for furnishing all necessary engineered drawings, permits, materials, equipment, and labor for a complete project, in accordance with the specifications of this Invitation for Bid.
