Site work for an educational facility in Collierville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Prepare all surfaces for the application of paint in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. Protect fixtures, items, furniture, etc. not to be painted. Paint previously painted interior and exterior surfaces according to the specifications and drawings. Clean all paint splatter and remove all debris, trash, etc. from the premises. vailable work hours will be Monday thru Friday, 7am - 3pm. Work must progress so that the painting project does not interfere with the summer cleaning project, summer camps, and other school activities. This will require flexibility and coordination from the successful bidder. Colors and color formulas will be provided to the successful bidder prior to the start of the project. Paints other than Farrell Calhoun or Sherwin Williams must be approved by Collierville Schools.
