Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of complete roadway reconstruction and utility replacements on West Foster Avenue from South Atherton Street to South Fraser Street, including roadway pavement structure replacement, curb and curb/gutter, driveway aprons, ADA Curb Ramps, sidewalk restoration, sanitary sewer main and lateral replacement, storm sewer improvements, water main and service replacements. Each bid is to be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit and a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid and made payable to the Borough of State College. All bids will be presented to State College Borough Council at a public meeting. Borough Council may then accept or reject any or all bids Question Deadline 07/23/2025 All questions pertaining to the meaning or intent of Bid Documents shall be directed to the Borough Engineer no less than 4 business days before the Bid Opening date. Questions received after this date will not be answered.
