Reference Number 0000374338 Purchase Type: Duration: 3 years Option: Two (2) optional one-year renewals The awarded supplier (hereinafter in this Scope of Work referred to as consultant), shall provide all labor, travel for vehicular transportation to and from each project site including collection and hauling of test specimens as required, licensing, professional certifications, supplies, equipment to provide geotechnical soil and material testing services to include field and lab tests on an as-needed basis. Field tests may include, but are not limited to, in situ testing such as standard penetration test (SPT) and cone penetration test (CPT), test pits, trenching, and soil borings. Lab tests may include, but are not limited to triaxial tests, sieve analysis, Atterberg limits tests, moisture content tests, shear strength tests and permeability tests. The CITY reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever, to waive minor irregularities and technicalities, and to request resubmission. Also, the CITY reserves the right to accept all or any part of the responses and to increase or decrease quantities to meet additional or reduced requirements of the CITY. Any sole response received by the submission date may or may not be rejected by the CITY depending on available competition and current needs of the CITY.
