The work to be bid on is as follows: Replacement of 4,900 ft of 4" water line The allotted time for construction is 90 calendar days for meter replacement. The work of this contract comprises of the construction of Hornsby Loop Road Water Line Replacement. This project is being supported with the American Rescue Plan Act Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements are attached to this opportunity. Any non-winning bidder or non-bidder, upon returning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS after BID opening and in good condition, will be refunded his/her payment. A detailed listing of all subcontractors shall be provided by the Bidder. In accordance with the Contract Documents, documentation that the prospective General Contractor and its subcontractors meet minimum qualifications shall be provided and submitted. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid.
