Reference Number 0000384315 The County of Rockland is seeking to purchase an emulsion additive for road resurfacing on an as needed basis. This specification applies to incorporating performance enhancing additive materials into micro-surfacing. These performance additives are intended to augment, not replace, conventional micro-surfacing materials as specified by the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) for use in New York State Office of General Services (NYSOGS) state-wide contracts. Accordingly, price proposals shall include only the additive materials and be in addition to the unit prices for conventional materials as specified.
