Scope of Work Highlights Scope of Work (SOW) highlights are to be read in conjunction with the Drawings, and the Specifications. The SOW highlights are intended to provide a brief summary of services to be carried out by the Contractor and shall, in no way, limit responsibilities more fully described in the Contract Documents. Work included is as follows: Selective demolition of existing partitioning, ceilings, mechanical HVAC systems and electrical cabling. Abatement to sheet vinyl flooring and floor mastic. Abatement to supply air duct mastic and pipe elbows above ceiling. Supply and installation of new flooring, partitioning, ceilings and doors and door frames. Supply and installation of new lighting, power and data cabling. Supply and installation of new mechanical ducts and systems.
