Question Deadline 07/02/2025 at 10:00 AM CT Contact Information Catherine Benavides Buyer cbenavides@bryantx.gov The City anticipates the scope of work for the Project to consist of (but not limited to) the following responsibilities and the following items: o Mobilize and perform site and site access improvements as shown on the Drawings and as required for the well driller to access the site and perform the Work. o Drill and test two potable water supply wells, Well 22 and Well 23, each with a 24-inch surface (pump) casing (Base Bid) or a 32-inch surface (pump) casing (Additive Alternate Bid), located at two different sites. Refer to Section 011000 "Summary" and Section 331113 "Potable Water Supply Wells" for detailed work sequence. o Protect the well and cleanup the site as specified in the Contract Documents. o Work must be completed (tested and approved by OWNER and ENGINEER) by September 1, 2026, to meet Brazos Valley Groundwater Conservation District permit requirements. Project Estimated Budget: The proposed estimated budget for construction costs forthis Project is $6,000,000 inclusive of all incidental and contingent expenses associatedwith the construction of the entire scope of the Project. July 1, 2025 - Anticipated Pre-construction Meeting o July 7, 2025 - Anticipated date of Notice to Proceed o September 1, 2026 - Approval of completion and testing of both wells o October 1, 2026 - Completion Date Project Estimated Completion Date: The City has established a target commencement date for construction activities as July 7, 2025. The projected completion date is estimated to be 313 working days. The City reserves the right to modify the commencement date, subject to Owner and Contractor availability, phase the construction of the Project, or modify the schedule as needed and determined by the City due to modifications in scope.
