Questions Due Date: Apr 30th 2025, 3:00 PM EDT Online Portal The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to recoat booster pump station pit, replace existing control panel and implement VFD controls, replace two anodes, replacing two duty pumps, replacing suction line between duty pumps and gate valves, and replacing discharge line between duty pumps and gate valves. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. Notice to Proceed: May 28, 2025 4. Construction Commencement: June 2, 2025 5. Substantial Completion: September 26, 2025 6. Final Completion: October 24, 2025
