The WWTP needs additional administrative space. Without remodeling the entire building or compromising valuable plant footprint space, the most cost-effective solution is the addition of 1056 square feet of space on the NE corner of the building, 300 square feet on the SW corner, and the remodeling of the roofline to accommodate. This expansion will provide a needed meeting space, two necessary offices for Supervisors, a dedicated SCADA control room, and one additional office for future staffing needs. The additional Supervisor office space will in turn free up 25% more laboratory space which will absolutely be needed in the coming years for additional analytical bandwidth. Engineering is nearly complete and ready for bid. This project is included in the city's 2024-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
