Isothermal Community College is seeking a qualified consultant or firm to perform construction materials testing and special inspections for the Health and Sciences Building Project. Submittals are to be completed in the Standard Form (SF) 330 (Part I and II), Consultant's Supplemental Information, and any additional information considered appropriate. In your submittal, please emphasize the achievements and qualifications of those persons who will be working on our project. If you present information on previous projects, it would be helpful to inform us how your team members participated on those projects. Format the size of your submittal document to no greater than 12 1/2 inches in height and 9 1/2 inches in width. Compile all submitted information into a single pdf of no more than 30 pages. The project is for the new construction of the Health and Sciences Building. This project will provide a home for the College's Nursing, EMT, and Paramedic spaces and will offer Clinical space in partnership with the Health Department. Additional spaces will be provided as labs, lounge/waiting areas, and administrative offices, totaling approximately 52,800 net square feet. Site improvements include a parking lot, drop off area, and a mechanical yard as well as additional hardscaped and landscaped areas and utilities. The project construction schedule, to be completed by Design-Build via the team of Whiting-Turner with Moseley Architects, is June 2025 - October 2026. The building will be located on ICC Loop Road to the north of Lot 10 and southwest of the Administration Building
