This Request for Proposal (RFP) primary intent, is to solicit proposals from qualified firms, to provide service of upgrading the HVAC system at "Florence Recreation Center" to improve indoor air quality and thermal comfort for users, while also enhancing energy efficiency and reducing operational costs. This involves ensuring adequate ventilation with filtration to remove allergens and pollutants, and optimizing the system's performance to minimize energy consumption and maintenance needs.
