The City of Avondale is seeking Quotes for the supply and delivery of Concrete Materials in accordance with this Request for Quotations (RFQ). Materials will be provided on an as-needed basis for a 12-month contract period, with all quoted prices remaining firm for the duration of the contract. Concrete Materials Needed MAG A Concrete MAG A Concrete Flowing MAG AA Concrete 3000 PSI Fly Ash 3000 PSI Fly Ash Flowing 4000 PSI Fly Ash 4000 PSI Fly Ash Flowing 2000 PSI 3/8" Grout Flowing MAG 1 Sack ABC Slurry MAG 1/2 Sack ABC Slurry 5000 PSI Fly Ash. Bid price shall be made F.O.B. Destination to the designated delivery points within the City. Vendors must state the manufacturer of each product quoted on in conformity with the specifications. All quotations must be signed with the firm name and by an authorized agent, officer or employee. Award will be made on an individual or overall lowest price basis, whichever is most advantageous to the City of Avondale. The resulting Contract shall be effective from the date it is fully executed by the City and remain in full force and effect for one year thereafter (the "Term"), unless terminated as otherwise provided herein. Federally Funded Purchases. When Federal funds are used to fund the purchase of goods and services, 2CFR PART 200 and other applicable federal terms and conditions shall apply. Quantity is an estimated usage; the actual number will be specified in a purchase order.
