Site work and paving for a road / highway in Monroeton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Seal Coat Project: Contractor is to install approx. 34,133 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat, Single Appl w/ CRS-2, approx 4,512 SY of Prime Coat, and approx. 4,512 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat, Double Appl w/ CRS-2. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance, and certificate of liability insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
