Work includes furnishing labor, equipment, and materials to remove, transport motor to and from contractor's facility, recondition testper CWA specifications, and re-install at CWA's Trinity River Pump Station, 8419FM 1409, Dayton, Texas 77535. Bids must be submitted on the Official Bid Form provided in the Bid Documents.Bids must be clearly marked on exterior of bid envelope as: "SEALED BID, MOTOR REPAIR P-1". Contractor shall repair/recondition one 30,000 GPM Vertical Mixed Flow Water Pump complete and operational per this specification; The specific pump is designated as Pump P-1 at Coastal Water's Trinity River Pump Station. The Authority may accept a bid offer by issuance of a Notice of Award any time on or before the 90th day following the day of the Bid Opening. Each Bid Package (as defined in Section 1.1) shall for 90 days after Bid Opening constitute an irrevocable offer by Bidder, but such period may be extended by written agreement of the Authority and Bidder.
