Furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, plant, labor, superintendence and incidentals required for the construction of: City of Woodway 2025 Micro-Surfacing Improvements. Major Items of Work Include Approximately: 87,000 square yards of micro sealing of different streets in Woodway, Texas. Bids must be submitted on the bid forms provided and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the penal sum approximately equal to and not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the base bid, payable without recourse to the Owner. The Security may be in the form of a certified cashier's check or a bidder's bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company approved to do business in the State of Texas as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a 100 percent performance bond and a 100 percent payment bond and guaranty forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him. The City of Woodway reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.
