QTY ITEM 4,250 LF 6 FT WIDE ASPHALT PATHWAY, 470 LF 6 FT WIDE CONCRETE WALK, 475 LF CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER, 110 LF STORM SEWER, EXCAVATION AND GRADING, EROSION CONTROL, P E D E S T R I A N C R O S S I N G IMPROVEMENTS, TRAFFIC CONTROL AND RESTORATION. A bidder's qualification statement available at www.cityof brookfield.com or by contacting the Director of Public Works, must be delivered to the City of Brookfield at least five (5) days before the bid opening date. The proposal form furnished by the City shall be properly executed by the bidder. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to the City of Brookfield equal to five percent (5%) of the largest possible total bid or bids, including consideration of alternates.
