Building 6; Re-Caulk 3rd & 7th Floor Windows Extended Description: Re-Caulk Thirty-Three (33) Windows on the 3rd Floor per attached specifications Question Deadline 05/05/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Submit Questions to: GSDTechnicalQuestions@wv.gov Vendor must provide all labor and material to Seal and Re-Caulk a total of Sixty-Six (66) Windows on the east side of State Building 6, located at 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston West Virginia, 25305, per the following specifications: 3rd Floor, Thirty-Three (33) Windows: Old Caulk is to be removed and windows must be re-sealed with Caulk ofthe same color. 7th Floor, Thirty-Three (33) Windows: Old Caulk is to be removed and windows must be re-sealed with Caulk ofthe same color. additional Information: All Windows are 4' x 7'. 1.3.4. Vendor must provide lift. 1.3.5. Vendor must submit a separate bid for each floor. Revised 06/08/18 1.3.2. Vendors are responsible for field verifying Caulk color to ensure it matches the other existing windows in the building. 1.3.3. Vendor is responsible for disposal of any spoils resulting from completion of this project.
