The Counties of Bryan and Bulloch, Georgia, Groundwater Sustainability Program (GSP), invites qualified companies to submit responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for On-Call Well Services. GSP is seeking a qualified contractor(s) to assist with GSP's well needs on an on-call basis for a period of three (3) years, with an optional extension period after that. GSP reserves the right to make multiple contract awards and assignments of work as deemed to be in the best interests of the program. The GSP is a joint program formed by the two Counties, each of which is responsible for appointing a Well Mitigation Manager to implement the program in their respective county. The Well Mitigation Managers shall be responsible for administering the GSP's operations and execution of goals under the program to address significant impacts to existing eligible Floridan aquifer wells within the mitigation area to meet the conditions of the referenced Georgia EPD Groundwater Use Permits. Failure to include a signed copy of any addenda issued for this project in the submitted RFP will result in the submitted RFP not being considered for this solicitation.
