**As of June 09, 2025, the project was awarded to Fabrizi Trucking & Paving Co., Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,026,775.50.** Courtland Ave/Victory Blvd (Emery Ave) Phase 2 Storm Sewer Relief Project The project consists of installing approximately 1,365 ft of storm relief main sewer on Emery Avenue between West 140 Street and 150 ft east of Victory Boulevard, and replacing approximately 540 ft of the existing combined main sewer on Emery Avenue between West 140 Street and Victory Boulevard. The contractor is required to submit as-built plans and a video copy of the new sewers at the completion of the project. The contractor is required to obtain a street opening permit prior to the sewer excavation. Medium Set (MS) Concrete is to be used for Pavement Restoration under Item 400. Geotechnical report includes Victory Blvd, Tyler Ave, Wainstead Ave and Courtland Ave only. For Emery Ave, the contractor should bid assuming similar soil conditions.
