The City of Leesville is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a retention pond at the Leesville Recreation Complex. The project includes the construction of a retention pond to manage stormwater runoff. Construction of a retention pond with a capacity of approximately 1 ACRE MORE OR LESS with a max depth of 10 FEET. Installation of LEVY and SPILLWAY on the northern end Bids shall include certification of qualifications and proof of insurance.
