Deadline to submit Questions May 13th 2025, 3:00 PM EDT North Apron Reconstruction and Expansion This project consists of reconstructing and expanding the north apron located in the southeast quadrant of the airport. Building 1010 will be demolished and other building foundations to be removed. Work also includes installation of high mast light poles, pavement demolition, fencing installation, and replacement of the wind cone . A Bid Bond in the form as bound in the contract documents or certified check in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must accompany each bid. Successful bidder will be required to execute and to provide a Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total value of the contract awarded to him with a satisfactory surety or sureties for the full and faithful performance of the work. If the total value of the contract is less than $100,000.00, a Payment Bond or Performance Bond may not be required. This Project is a Federal Aid Project under the provisions of the Airport and Airways Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1987. Certain mandatory Federal requirements are included in the Contract Documents.
