Start/Delivery Date July 1, 2025 Project Duration Three (3) Year Contract with an option to extend for up to two (2) additional one-year terms Question Deadline 05/16/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes The City of Rosemead is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide annual services for the maintenance, removal and replacement of trees, as needed, within the City's Urban Forest. The City has approximately 6,200 street and park trees that comprise its inventory. The City of Rosemead is currently on a four-year grid pruning cycle. The City is interested in changing to a three-year grid pruning cycle. The term of an agreement following this bidding process shall be three (3) years effective July 1, 2025, and terminating June 30, 2028, unless sooner terminated, as provided therein. The contract may be extended by the City for two (2) optional, one-year extensions upon mutual agreement.
