Bid for Lake County Road Department Salt supply. Each BID must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of an original Bid bond or by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Money Order, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount BID. Such guarantee shall be made payable to or in favor of the BOARD OF LAKE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, and will be held as a guarantee that in the event the BID is accepted and a contract awarded to the BIDDER, the Contract will be duly executed and its performance properly secured. Suppliers shall furnish Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for any hazardous substance brought onto County property. Lake County reserves the right to reject any and all BIDS or to increase or decrease or omit any item or items. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest and best BIDDER. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same. The Lake County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the BIDS.
