Reference Number 0000292216 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/09 04:00:00 PM CDT This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation ("Owner") to prospective playground contractors to submit proposals for supply and installation of playground equipment as further described in Schedule A (the "Work"). Anticipated Execution of Contract June 2025 The Proponent shall provide and maintain performance security until the expiration of the warranty period in the form of a performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba in the amount of fifty percent (50%); of the Bid Price A labour and materials payment bond of a company registered to conduct the business of surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to the tender documents, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Bid Price.
