Site work and paving for a road / highway in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of July 10, 2025. Project was awarded to Monarch in the amount of $159,513.21 for the paving for the 20th Avenue project from 40th Street to 50th Street. Senn Blacktop for paving on 34th Street project from 62nd Avenue to 35th Street in the amount of $204,714.48. A-1 Excavating for Pulverizing and Relaid at a cost of $5,319.30. Haas Sons for 3” of base at a cost of $38,940 and for 3” of shouldering at a cost of $9,000. Fahrner for the entire flex patch inthe amount of $45,573. Superior Sealers less the roads that will be flex patched at a total cost of $21,391. Scott Construction using CRS2P oil at a total cost of $126,491 for the entire chip seal. Total awarded amount is $610,941.99. The Town of Wheaton reserves the right to waive any informality or to accept or reject any bids for the benefit of the Town. No bidder may withdraw their bid within30 days after the date of the bid award.
