The City of Wichita is seeking bids from firm(s) to provide Design Build for HVAC Upgrade for the Facilities Division. Questions Due Date: May 22nd 2025, 3:00 PM CDT Location online portal. Performance Bond Forms, Included in the Bid Package Are to Be Used, in the Amount of One Hundred Per Cent (100%) of the Contract Must Be Furnished by the Successful Vendor. A Labor & Material Payment Bond Forms, Included in the Bid Package Are to Be Used, Running to the State of Kansas in a Sum of Not Less Than the Total of the Contract, Must Be Furnished by the Successful Vendor. Project Schedule a. It is anticipated that the Contract will be executed in June 2025. The Notice-to-Proceed (NTP) will be issued after award and full execution of Contract. Substantial Completion goal is 1 year from NTP.
