Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following being improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas The project includes: Brick Street Repairs, bricks cleaned and stored, compacted and stabilized subgrade, flowable fill base, buffer sand, and brick surface layers, curb and gutter replacement, driveway approach replacement, headers, valley gutters, and other miscellaneous items. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY.
