Ethernet Cabling Installation for External Wi-Fi at Multiple Springfield Public Schools The City of Springfield is seeking bids from qualified contractors to enter into an agreement to provide services installing ethernet cabling and mounting of external wireless access points at 49 school building locations. All questions regarding the IFB or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement on or before 5/1/25 by 4:30 P.M. (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com) in order to be considered. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety and Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage rates apply. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
